Privacy Policy

Effective July 30, 2026

ALL Organized Now (“AON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, clients, and other people who communicate with us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the service providers that help us operate our website and business.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information that you choose to provide through our website, email, telephone, video consultation, Square, or other business communications, including:

• name, email address, telephone number, city, ZIP code, service or project address, and preferred method of contact;

• information about your organizing, cleaning, relocation, digital, business, or specialty-support project;

• consultation notes, project priorities, scheduling information, estimates, Project Confirmations, and communications;

• contracts, electronic signatures, invoices, payment status, transaction details, receipts, and related records;

• photographs or videos provided for consultation, planning, documentation, or service delivery; and

• feedback, testimonials, referrals, or permission to use project materials.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested service.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our website host, WordPress tools, security services, analytics providers, and content-delivery providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time of access, country or approximate location, and information used to detect errors, spam, fraud, or security threats.

2. How We Use Information

AON uses personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including to:

• respond to inquiries and determine whether a requested project is an appropriate fit;

• schedule and conduct consultations and services;

• prepare estimates, Project Confirmations, contracts, invoices, receipts, and client records;

• process payments and maintain accounting, tax, insurance, and legal records;

• communicate about appointments, services, payments, safety concerns, or changes to a project;

• provide, improve, secure, and troubleshoot the website and business systems;

• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;

• comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of AON, clients, and others; and

• use photographs, testimonials, or identifying project materials for marketing only when separate permission has been obtained.

3. Website Forms, Email, and Communications

AON uses WPForms to collect website inquiries. Form submissions may be delivered through WP Mail SMTP and stored in AON’s business Gmail account at allorganizednow@gmail.com. Google and the applicable email-delivery provider may process message content, contact information, and technical delivery data under their own privacy and security practices.

Email and text messages are not appropriate for sending credit-card or debit-card numbers. Clients should use the secure Square payment link provided by AON.

4. Payments, Contracts, and Square

AON uses Square to manage customer records, electronic contracts, signatures, estimates, invoices, payments, reminders, receipts, and related transaction records.

When you interact with AON through Square, Square may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, service or billing address, electronic signature, transaction information, payment credentials, date and time, device information, and IP address. Square processes this information under its own privacy notices.

AON receives the customer, contract, invoice, payment-status, and transaction records needed to provide services and maintain business records. AON does not collect or store your full payment-card number on this website or in ordinary email or text messages.

5. Website Analytics and Third-Party Technologies

Jetpack Stats and Automattic

AON uses Jetpack Stats to understand general website traffic, such as page views, referring sources, and broad visitor trends. Jetpack may process technical information including IP address, browser information, referring and visited URLs, timestamps, browser language, and country code. AON sees aggregated statistics and does not use Jetpack Stats to identify individual visitors.

Optimole

AON uses Optimole to optimize and deliver website images through a content delivery network. When images are requested, Optimole may log technical request information such as IP address and browser or user-agent information and may process images through its cloud and delivery infrastructure.

hCaptcha

AON uses hCaptcha on website forms to help prevent spam, fraud, and automated submissions. hCaptcha may process technical and interaction information such as IP address, browser and device information, mouse movements, scrolling, keypresses, touch events, and challenge responses.

Akismet and website security

AON may use Akismet to screen comments or form submissions for spam. Our website host, WordPress security tools, and technical service providers may also maintain server, login, firewall, and security logs to protect the website and investigate suspicious activity.

Google-hosted fonts

The website may request font files from Google-hosted services. Those requests may disclose technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to Google. AON does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, or advertising pixels on this website.

6. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Do Not Track

The website and its service providers may use cookies, tracking pixels, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, security, spam prevention, analytics, preferences, or content delivery.

You can usually block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent forms, hCaptcha, or other website features from working properly.

The website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals in a uniform way because some data collection is controlled by third-party services. Visitors may use browser privacy settings, content blockers, or other tools to limit tracking requests.

7. How We Share Information

AON does not sell or rent personal information and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

• to service providers that operate or support the website and business, including website hosting, WordPress and Automattic, WPForms, email services, Google Gmail, hCaptcha, Akismet, Optimole, Square, security providers, and information-technology support;

• to independent providers or contractors when the client has requested or authorized the referral or coordination;

• to comply with law, court order, subpoena, tax requirement, or other valid legal process;

• to prevent fraud, investigate wrongdoing, enforce agreements, collect amounts due, or protect rights, property, health, or safety; or

• with the person’s consent or at the person’s direction.

Service providers receive information only for the purposes for which they are engaged and handle it under their own agreements and privacy practices.

8. Photographs, Testimonials, and Project Information

Project photographs, testimonials, identifying details, and client materials are not used for advertising or public display without separate permission. AON may retain private project photographs or notes when reasonably necessary for consultation, planning, documentation, service delivery, safety, or recordkeeping.

A client may withdraw future marketing permission by contacting AON. Withdrawal does not require AON to remove material that was already lawfully printed, published, or distributed before the request was received, although AON will make reasonable efforts to remove online material under its control.

9. Retention and Security

AON keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain client and business records, meet tax, accounting, insurance, contractual, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business and its clients. Retention periods may vary by record type and by the practices of the third-party service provider that stores or processes the information.

AON uses reasonable safeguards such as encrypted website connections, account security, access controls, reputable service providers, software updates, and secure payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact AON to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained directly by AON. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information that is required for legal, tax, accounting, insurance, fraud-prevention, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Requests concerning information controlled directly by Square, Google, Automattic, hCaptcha, Optimole, or another provider may also need to be submitted to that provider.

11. Children’s Privacy

The website and inquiry form are intended for adults. AON does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit any inquiry concerning services involving a child. If AON learns that a child under 13 submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, AON will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. External Links

The website may link to third-party websites, resources, charities, service providers, or social platforms. AON does not control those sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

AON may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, website tools, service providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with a new effective or revision date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
