Contract & Booking Fee
A signed Independent Contractor Agreement and a $100 booking fee are required to reserve your first appointment. The booking fee is credited toward the cost of your services. Purchasing a prepaid package waives the booking fee. Please review the Terms and Conditions of Service for cancellation, rescheduling, and refund details.
Home Organizing Services

| For garages, attics, basements, storage areas, moving and packing projects, or spaces involving extensive lifting, accumulated debris, heavy dust, or evidence of rodents. This rate reflects the additional labor, equipment, protective gear, and safety precautions required. Final classification depends on worksite conditions and required safety precautions. For digital files, inboxes, cloud storage, workflow organization, document systems, virtual project support, and other work that can be completed remotely. ON-SITE BUSINESS & OFFICE SERVICES 3-hour minimum; additional time billed in 15-minute increments. For physical offices, records, supply areas, workspace organization, relocations, inventory, and projects requiring on-site assessment or hands-on support. | $65/hr $85/hr | |
